2x Ranger Tome
1x Warrior Tome
5x Creme
3x Firewater
2x Transmogrifier Tonic (halloween one, horrible joke Anet)
1x Yuletide Tonic (omg worst possible drop?)
2x r10 Fire Prism (both crap mods)
1x r10 (Healing) Divine Staff (had 20% hct inscription)
1x r13 Crescent Axe (at least merch buys it)
1x r13 Crenellated Spear (zealous)

edit: forgot about the spear

from around 45 keys (all my faction and tourney points) i got:

around 10 normal tomes, 10 cremes, 10 firewaters, 10 worthless goldies and some beetle tonic..

so i'd say the percentages of things you get are around 25% tomes, 25% cremes, 25% goldies, 25% firewater. and the other items have smaller percentages.
